Republican plaintiffs on Thursday that NO BALLOTS WOULD BE COUNTED if they
arrived after 8 p.m. Tuesday, despite an earlier court ruling, earlier news
stories and instructions printed on official documents. This is true even if
the ballot is postmarked on or before Tuesday. So please, if you have an
absentee ballot, DO NOT MAIL IT IN. It is too late.
You can still vote early in person at an election office in your county, even
registering there if you have never voted or if you have moved (with proof of
residence). You can still drop off an absentee ballot in your county with
complete confidence, even checking the next day to be sure it was received. You
can still vote at your regular polling place on Tuesday.

County locations can be found at

There are also super-convenient and safe ballot drop boxes in many cities.
Locations found merely by clicking your county "additional locations."
Still worried if your ballot arrived? You can check online to be sure. If it
didn't get there on time (thanks Louis Dejoy, or is it Destroy?), you can vote
in person. Your mail-in ballot will be voided and a new ballot issued.
This voter suppression will not work if we just ignore the noise, brave any
extra inconvenience and get our patriotic rear-ends to the polls. Do it! Our
democracy depends on it.
