thousands of armed police, are going to be crammed into the not very large

is
the space is unbelievably tiny for the size of the crowd that is likely
assemble. As a result, the crowd will spill over, or least try to spill over,
the
barricades, at which time the security goons will light up and there will be
a big f****king mess. Good luck, St. Paul.
