Under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 public authorities have to
consider how to achieve the following objectives in relation to everything they
do:
* get rid of disability discrimination
* get rid of disability-related harassment
* promote equality of opportunity for disabled people
* take account of disabled people's impairments
* promote positive attitudes toward disabled people
* encourage participation by disabled people
Are there any people/groups with disabilities who use the pool? Could this DDA
2005 help with the campaign?
