Hello! I'm Sareen and I live on 31st Ave and 42nd St. My husband Brendan and
I moved to the area in 2003 and have since expanded our family. We have a
daughter, Brigid (9mo) and another baby due in August! We too are looking
for play dates, to meet neighbors and to get to know people in the area. This
is our first house and we love to share our space, our cooking and our love for
the neighborhood with anyone who will listen! Any time we think of getting a
bigger house, giving up the neighborhood is always a deal breaker. How could
you?
Brendan works as a business reference librarian at the James J Hill Reference
Library in St. Paul and commutes by bus and bike. I work at a small
non-profit called Minnesota Life College (www.mnlifecollege.org) where we teach
students with learning disabilities how to live independently in the community.
In the summer months, I also commute by bike (and sometimes bus when I am too
lazy for the morning commute to Richfield).
That is basically us. Looking forward to expanding our community network.
