For the poor souls who have both dairy and soy intolarences you'll be happy to
know that happy latte days are here again if you head over to Muddsuckers
Coffee in the heart of Como's Green Village at 1500 Como (15th Ave SE & Como).
Cevin, the proprietor, was happy to accomodate my request for ricemilk unlike
most other places I had asked. The chains were hopeless and most others just
weren't interested in [making money, their customers, etc...]. In addition to
the full service coffee items he also provides a killer breakfast waffle topped
with fruit and some tasty grilled sandwiches for the afternoon lunch menu.
He's open late to power those college students who want to hit the books or the
working stiff who could use a jolt after a long day of slogging it in the
Mid-City industrial area. It's also on the #3 busline so you could take a
leisurely ride from downtown through the campus and make it a destination
point, a break from the old grind ,a mid-day latte adventure.
Tell him Justin sent you, maybe he'll give you a special discount...?
