The i-sis.org.uk website champions organics as the only answer to the world
food problem.
I think there may be some risk associated with "organics" if plants are chosen
which are insect resistant because they have high level of natural toxins. I
would like to explore that.
It probably is not as much of a trouble as high levels of nitrate in forced
vegetables.
