Welcome to the Cowley Neighbourhood Forum. This is an online forum to discuss
issues and share information specific to the Cowley neighbourhood in Oxford.

Most of you will have recently received a message welcoming you to the
"Crowley" neighbourhood forum. This was an unpleasant mistake on my part,
please forgive me. Hopefully, we've got it fixed (this message is also a test,
to be sure that the forum is working properly).

This forum is NOT YET OPEN for posting. If you try to post a message, you will
get a message saying that your post is being held for moderation. We do not
plan to approve any posts, until we officially announce that the forum is open
for business.

We expect the forum to open in the near future, watch for an official update in
