or

Franklin Avenue:  Avenue of Kings                     (reference to
King's Fair)
or

Franklin Avenue:  Neighborhood Street            (reference to Franklin
as connector of neighborhoods)
or

Franklin Avenue:  The Peoples' Street              (many different
people live along the Avenue)
or

Franklin Avenue:   Market Street                         (referencing
former Riverside Market and now Seward Coop)

So maybe this will help get everyone else fired up to come up with
other options.
