Open Twin Cities

Open Twin Cities

Open Twin Cities is a volunteer-driven group of active community members, technologists, public servants, and community leaders from the Twin Cities focused on improving the technology of our cities and the use of open data.

Jointly part of the national Code for America brigade and legally hosted by E-Democracy, OTC joins leading local efforts working to unleash the power of technology for good and for more open and engaged government.

Open Twin Cities strives to develop inclusive solutions to open government by:

  1. Strengthening collaboration with the local government deepening government connections to the local civic technology community, and
  2. Tapping into the local talent of diverse populations for inclusive technology development to address community needs.
