This addresses the issue Bob Sebo brought up whilst retaining
all of
 the other features.

 Riverview is not interrupted. Secondary access to Second Street
 is as before (I forgot to block off Second Street just west of
 the landing point for the access lanes on this drawing.)

 Notice that the two-lane access ramp is now the one that leads
 to Second Street and the east and west access ramps to-from
 Riverview are now single lane ramps.

 You will have to rotate the image or lay on your side to view
it :)
