Subject: Day 2 - Tonight - Redevelopment of NW corner of University & Dale
Officially, renamed Frogtown Neighborhood Association
685 W. Minnehaha Ave Saint Paul, MN 55104
651-789-7407
What should the Northwest corner of Dale & University look like and
how should it
be used?
Northwest Corner of Dale and University
We had an informative first day, preparing ideas for this corner's
future development.
Now, we need a good turn-out to our second day, which will discuss
and review completed
design plans. Several architectural and landscape designers will be working all
day to create visual displays of neighborhood ideas. You are welcome to stop by
anytime, but we will focus our final review between 6pm and 9pm. It will be
run
as an open house, which allows you to stop in, give your comments, and leave
at
your discretion.
Respond to design plans created by neighborhood ideas:

**TONIGHT**
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (open house)
Frogtown Square
Northeast corner of Dale & University
In the empty business on the corner.
The Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), lead by Mike Temali, owns
the majority
of buildings on the Northwest corner of University and Dale. NDC is
preparing to
redevelop the corner and wants input from the community. This "design
charrette"
is being facilitated by the St. Paul Design Center and will allow for residents
to articulate their ideas in the form of building design and function, for this
enormous space. This is an important first step and one that allows
us to be proactive,
rather than reactive.
