The incident happened about 6 years age but it still raises a lot of unanswered
questions for the citizens of St. Paul. The main one being how was this man who
was never charged with a crime injured so badly during the course of his
arrest? What if any disciplinary action was taken against the 5 St. Paul
Police officers that took executed the search warrant?
Who on the city council will pursue answers to these questions once they
approve the settlement?
