First, to new readers, welcome.  And to all those who read but haven't
written - do share!   I, too, get tired of listening to me debate the
fine points of City policy with my friend Erik.  All thoughts are
welcome - even if its just a couple sentences, and even if you're not
sure everyone is interested, or shares your perspective, someone will,
and we'll be the better for hearing from you...
