Millions of dollars have been appropriated by government agencies and private
businesses to hire lobbyists and conduct media campaigns to shill for the
Central Corridor Project.   Here, one paid lobbyist falsely claims that support
for the project is almost universal and another paid lobbyist destroys evidence
to the contrary.
