The St. Paul Issues Forum is a place to talk about the issues facing St Paul and Ramsey County as a whole. Everyone is welcome, please join us. We encourage you to read and review the Forum's Charter -- click on the menu item "Charter" on the left side of the frame. • • • • The Issues Forum is intended for the discussion of issues local to St Paul ... the issues need to either be unique to St Paul or (if they are regional, state or national issues) discussed in terms of their unique effect upon St Paul and/or her residents. We do permit discussion of Ramsey County issues due to the high level of overlap between both the population and geography of the County and St Paul; however, these need to be county-wide issues that affect St Paul directly.
