As the introductions stream in, don't worry. If you'd rather receive a
single daily "topic" digest with links to the website where you can read
the posts,simply follow these directions.

Send a message to:

   <email obscured>

In the subject write:

   digest on

Be sure to NOT write anything else or your post might go to everyone.

You may also post via the web.

Of course if you prefer the convenience of receiving each message in your
e-mail, you don't need to do anything.
