"Be Neighbors" is the name of the new inclusive outreach campaign led by
E-Democracy to reach 10,000 participants across 15+ "Neighbors Forums" in
St. Paul alone.
You can also tell people to simple Google the name of this forum with the
word "forum" and it should be the top link or two.
You may have seen the effort mentioned in the PioneerPress, MinnPost, the
Twin Cities Daily Planet and other sources. Here is The Line's article on
MinnPost:

The big news is that we've received a three year grant from the Knight
Foundation to deeply reach all people in St. Paul with active in-person
outreach to make this the most diverse network of neighbors connecting
anywhere in the world. We will be working with partners and cultural groups
to build neighborhood forums that reflect the community be it 44% people of
color, 17% foreign born, people of all ages and incomes, etc.
For details, see our fun blog post and general information center.

We've already grown almost 300 members since January 1st, but the next
7,000 or so we need to reach our goal will only happen if we all work
together and help spread the word one person at a time.
Thank you for being a part of your Neighbors Forum!

P.S. With Union Park (Merriam Park, Lex-Ham, and more), Mac Groveland, Como
opening with the magic 100 initial members, next up is the Westside,
Summit-U Rondo, and Summit Hill. With new efforts in North End,
Downtown/Lowertown, and District 1, the entire community is now covered
with a space to join. Volunteers are needed to help these and our long-time
forums grow. Let us know if you'd like to help.
