The St. Paul Issues Forum is a place to talk about the issues facing our community. Everyone is welcome, please join us. We encourage you to read and review the Forum's Charter -- click on the menu item "Charter" on the left side of the frame. PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing difficulty logging in, receiving the e-mail list or posting to the e-mail list, please send an e-mail to the Forum Manager: StPaul-fm@e-democracy.org. Also, if you wish to make an announcement, the St Paul Announcements forum is the appropriate forum -- the Issues Forum is intended for discussion of issues and not the announcement of events, etc. Finally, please keep the discussion of issues local to St Paul ... the issues need to either be unique to St Paul or (if they are regional, state or national issues) discussed in terms of their effect upon St Paul and/or her residents.
