29 – June 28, and all tickets are pick-your-price. Inspired by true events on
Chicago’s South Side, it’s is a poignant story about two black mothers and
their sons whose lives are shattered by gun violence. It’s the kind of show
that begs to be discussed, and its themes of family and love, violence and hope
are certainly relevant to our communities here in the Twin Cities. Attached a
flyer with more information about the show, or you can learn more at

I’m wondering if you could help me get the word out in whatever way(s) seem
appropriate for you. Here are a few ideas:
• Organize a group of people to attend a performance. All of our tickets are
pick-your-price, meaning people can pay as much or as little as they like, so
bringing a group is easy and accessible. We also have meeting space if your
group would like to organize a pre- or post-show gathering. Give me a call at
612-787-3622 to discuss how we can best meet your group’s needs.
• Print the attached flyer and post it at your place of worship, office,
neighborhood center, or wherever else you congregate.
• Share the event with your local email contacts.
• Spread the word on social media. We’ve set up a Facebook event for the
performance which you can use to invite others
(https://www.facebook.com/events/435288449977758/?ref=98) We encourage you to
share the event on your own social media channels and/or in any online groups
to which you belong.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for helping us spread the word
out about this powerful show, and I hope to see you at the theatre later this
month!
Best,
