Did anyone watch the webcast or attend the public hearing about the grant
proposal discussed at the community development meeting today? I was unable to
do either, and the webcast archive won't be available for a few days.
How many people (or organizatins) testified? What was the gist of the
comments?
One or two non-government types testified, wanting their neighborhood in. The committee had a difficult time finding consensus on what it wanted from the program. A summary of the committee amendments should be posted today or tomorrow at the Community Development Committee web site.
