Current conditions (sort of) can be seen on this

Friday afternoon most of Minnesota is Code Yellow, with the dirtiest
air in the Cities and Brainerd.
During bad air times, citizens are urged to not drive, etc, but
measures are not in place to cause big polluters to switch to cleaner
fuels, curtain non-critical operations, and so on.
The attachment, if it comes through, shows an Xcel Energy garbage
incinerator belching pollutants into the air of Red Wing while
burning garbage from the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, and
Washington County. This is the sort of thing that needs to
stop. These pics were taken yesterday, Dec. 18, 2014, also a Code
Yellow bad air day.
