Maybe one point only: supports of incumbent Ms. Gagnon are spending over
$150,000 to support her reelection notwithstanding the unacceptable outcomes
for MPLS students during her tenure. Does that record warrant her re-election?

masquerading as a grassroots organization and, as a matter of fact, appear to
be a re-packaging of the same old reform organizations with a shiny, new,
so-far-untarnished name: Brian Sellers, chair of the fund, is ED of MinnCan.
Treasurer of this Fund is Seth Kirk, who is co-founder of Put Kids First,
another reform group.. They are funded by out-of-state big $$. Based on their
board and office location, I surmise that they are against tenure for teachers
and support the expansion of charter schools, and all the pieces of the puzzle
that will turn our schools into profit centers for big business - much like
this big business in North Carolina
