I'd like to suggest a different thread there. "The double killing" seems
inappropriate. One death, by gun, is a separate subject matter of its own
with the Minneapolis Police.
The other death had other contributing factors to it making it a stand alone
issue that deserve some questioning and some answers.
A series of those questions could be economic and include "was the Opticon
system not installed at this intersection due to financial restraints while
much better financial restraints were either not being exercised by Public
Works (street construction, street sweeping being two examples, when
compared to St. Paul) or much better financial restraints not being
exercised by council members approving bad projects., or what role did
Sandra Colvin Roy have in both of those exercises;" or they could include
policy on emergency vehicles and what to do when Opticon is not present, or
how to decide when to use emergency indication lights.
