Authority (CRA) is about to be restructured again. Over the years, there are
been several CRA restructurings or redesigns. This one is different.
This proposal, developed under the euphemistic bureaucratese of "business
process improvement (BPI)" has been entirely top down -- no community
involvement at all, not even from the current CRA board.

http://tcdailyplanet.net/node/61019
by Jay Gabler, TC Daily Planet â˘Â What's the Twin Cities' most underrated
museum? Partisans of the Museum of Russian Art make a strong case, but others

"Sunergy Day" featuring art-making in the Green Energy Art Garden and an
informative talk by Rebecca Lundberg from Powerfully Green.

on Friday, July 13, I noticed I was well below the age demographic that filled
the seats. "This," I thought, "is not going to be for me." What I realized by
the end of intermission was, like judging a book by its cover, you should never
judge a play based on its audience.
