Minneapolis, I would like to start a dialogue again of what we can learn and
apply from the New York City experience. This is a very compeling article.
We should learned from what worked and what did not work.

In the start of the holiday season let us start with thinking / praying for
peace in our beautiful city. May we however also act as public officials and
activists and continue to work on this issue. This is one thing that I got
from this article was there was continued learning within the NYPD.
