Post in Changes at Powderhorn Park

Reading the Park Board agenda that was posted today

Powderhorn is on a list to get 5 new tennis courts and 2 new basketball
courts.  I missed any notice of this project.  Did PPNA approve this?
Where will the courts go?

Will the surfaces be permeable or impermeable?  What impact will the
courts have on water quality?  Is there a plan for plantings to filter
stormwater runoff?  Has there been a meeting with Save Our Lake! - the
Powderhorn water quality group?

The Park Board is supposed to approve this on Wednesday.
