Minneapolis Issues Forum Charter

Purpose

The purpose of the Minneapolis Issues Forum is to discuss local-level Minneapolis civic issues. With over 1600 registered participants, this is a vibrant online space where citizens, elected officials, and community leaders - with diverse ideas and backgrounds - can discuss the important local issues facing our city in a civil and respectful manner.

Goals

The goals of Minneapolis Issues Forum are:

Participation Rules

By taking part in this forum, you accept the full rules of the forum.

Forum Manager

The Forum Manager in Minneapolis Issues Forum is Terrell Brown.

The volunteer Forum Manager is responsible for the general health and well-being of the forum. The Forum Manager shall:

  • enforce forum rules
  • respond to participant questions
  • listen to complaints or concerns
  • encourage active participation
  • maintain respectful tone of discussion
