I am Ann Bercher. I live on the 4300 block of 29th Ave. and have been there
since December of 2000. I absolutely love this neighborhood. The only problems
I have had have been the typical home ownership type (sump pump failures,
broken pipes, ice dams, peeling paint, leaky faucets...) I have three kids, two
boys, Chris and Ben, who live elsewhere in the city, but still seem to manage
to pop in all of the time for something (usually food). My daughter, Mikaela,
is away at college and will be back this summer. Meanwhile, I work for the
Minnesota Historical Society, and am kept company by my now deaf dog, and a
couple of really old cats. I'm looking forward to gardening season and meeting
more of my neighbors!
