repaired lightly (has some cracks) sanded and painted with "chalk" paint, and
the hardware replaced. Picture attached shows the drawers out and stacked on
top. It's currently sitting in the woodshop/workshop of the condo where I live
and you could work on it in there.
If you prefer to work in your own space, you would need to have a way to
transport it, because I don't. I will pay a good hourly wage for this and of
course buy all the materials, but I would prefer a flat bid for what you want
to get for the labor only, rather than an open-ended hourly agreement. Please

The other things I need done are small and varied; such things as woodwork
painting, bathroom renovation that doesn't involve tiling or fixture
installation, curtains, blinds, closet and interior doors, and other little
handy tasks. No particular timeline at this point, but the desk is rather
pressing because we're not supposed to store furniture in the workroom.
