I just set 4 boxes of variegated hostas on my curb at 2624 38th Ave So (1/2 block north of the Bracket Park tunnel). The plants are looking a little rough due to their sunny location. The root clusters are fine and (if planted in a shady location now) should come back next spring.
I split some overgrown hostas and they are up for grabs and sitting in the boulavard in front of 2115 30th ave. Please feel free to take them! They look a little rough but are very hardy. I have a few more I will be removing tomorrow if all goes to plan. If they are not taken by Monday morning I will be putting them in the yard waste bin.
Hi, I have about 9 clumps, varying sizes, that are dug up and need a new home. I believe they are Royal Standard. The picture is one that has been in place for about 10 years...they get big! They prefer part sun and in my experience don't do well in full shade and get white, fragrant blooms at the end of August. They are very hardy. Message me directly if you're interested in any.
