Last summer at King's Fair SNG was given a brief period of free wi-fi by
US Internet. We were
working with one of their sales personnel, Dustin. Do you think it
would be constructive to share people's
comments with him? Would it get them going to make improvements, or
just aggravate the situation.
I know one household that terminated the service because it was so
erratic, even across the street from
Matthews Park, quite near a transmitter. Another household is having
trouble with it, regardless of where
the receiver is put.
