The goal is to have this forum officially launch by mid-November.  For the past
year or so Powderhorn issues have been discussed on the Yahoo Powderhorn
Neighbors group.  We are switching to e-democracy from Yahoo to help make our
online community a more sustainable, community-based asset.  The Yahoo group's
messages will remain so that the information shared in the past year will not
be lost.

My name is Sara Bergen and I am the forum moderator.  Please bear with me as I
learn the new system.
