James Brown has filed the following applications for the property located at
4020 Lake Street East to allow a roof sign:
·Variance to increase the maximum allowed area of signage for a primary
building wall.
·Variance to increase the maximum allowed area of an individual sign attached
to a building.
·Variance to increase the maximum allowed height.
·Variance to increase the distance from the face of the primary building wall.
The Minneapolis Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, November 19, 2015,
at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 5th St., Minneapolis, MN.
