Why isn’t Minnesota one of the states approved to participate the SNAP Online
Purchasing Program? Why does Minnesota force low-income SNAP recipients, many
with preexisting health conditions, to shop for groceries in a confined,
highly-trafficked grocery store and risk getting infected or infecting others
with the COVID19 virus, when residents in other states have the option of using
SNAP benefits to purchase groceries online?
