across multiple Knight communities leveraging local open government,
civic tech, community online engagement efforts authentically based in
Knight communities.

allow people with great ideas from anywhere to submit proposals and
will match-make win ideas with local partners ... this online group is
open but not about that opportunity you can seek directly via the
competition.)
