St. Paul Issues Forum Charter

Purpose

The purpose of the St. Paul Issues Forum is to discuss St. Paul Issues with others who live in St Paul or are interested about St Paul.

Goals

The goals of St. Paul Issues Forum are:

  • Provide a place where residents, community leaders, and elected officials of St. Paul, Minnesota can meet to discuss important issues affecting our community;
  • Exchange viewpoints and opinions and discover new or different perspectives;
  • Talk about what's going on in your neighborhood or the City as a whole.
  • NOTE: If you wish to provide information about local events and meetings that affect St Paul and her citizens, please use the St Paul announcements forum (http://forums.e-democracy.org/groups/stpaul-announce)

  • Central Corridor
  • School Board, City Council and other local elections
  • Public Education

You are not a member of St. Paul Issues Forum. However, you can register and join St. Paul Issues Forum.

Who runs this Forum?

Members have primary responsibility for managing the forum ... send private e-mails to others who you think are not complying. These should be private exchanges and not posted to the Forum. If complaints persist, send a private e-mail to the Forum Manager (StPaul-fm@e-democracy.org). The Forum Manager is responsible for monitoring member compliance with the rules. The Manager consults with the Advisory Committee which meets every 2-3 months. In turn, the Advisory Committee is a subcommittee of the St Paul e-Democracy (SPED) Executive Committee.
