granting the requested variances for the Mt. Wayte project. There will be 210
units in buildings 3-4 stories tall. Since Mr. Ottoviani and Mr. Norton are
running for councilors in the election this month, folks might want to question
them on their vote and how as councilors they would vote on a similar project
proposed for the Nobscot Plaza.
As stated in an earlier post, Framingham is much more developer friendly and
likely to circumvent our zoning bylaws than any of our neighboring towns.
IMHO the applicant did not meet the statutory criteria for granting a variance,
but that fact was ignored by the ZBA members.
The future development of Framingham is dependent on who is elected to the city
council. Consider your choices carefully when casting your vote!
