Thanks Paula, Irinka and Kevyn for your kind words and assistance.

I have had it suggested to me that with the current fuel prices and the recent
statistics on crime in Christchurch etc that perhaps the fact that they are
wasting such a lot of money and resources on the seemingly small problem that
it might be worthwhile contacting a news crew to do a story on it. Not sure if
i want to go down that road yet but hey at least i am getting good feedback.
I am glad that it isn't just me who thinks that there are some serious issues
with the way that this problem is being dealt with. I agree that the best way
to solve a problem is to get everyone involved to sit round a table and to talk
things out, unfortunately with the maturity of the people who attended that
meeting i would suggest that it would only end in a screaming match.
