re liquor reform -persons recently on frogblog mooted R20 status for alcohol
tobacco and cannabis to tackle the whole issue of alcohol and other drug misuse
in nz. (and gang related social problems etc).

too often there is an administrative piecemeal approach is missing the context
of 'double standards', rule of law in disrepute, and general non compliance
with non credible rules. this is resulting in problems not being solved by the
people we expect to be showing leadership in the community.
