Common Roots Cafe is proud to present:
Dinner with Winona LaDuke
Wednesday, May 21 at 6pm
National environmental leader Winona LaDuke will be at the cafe to talk about
the intersection of local food, environmental justice, and the campaign to
prevent the genetic modification of Manoomin (wild rice) and keep its
production in the hands of Anishinaabeg people.
3-course dinner will be provided by Common Roots featuring wild rice from
White Earth.
Tickets are $20 and include dinner. RSVP by Monday, May 19th to

With each ticket sold, Common Roots will donate $10 to the White Earth Land
Recovery Project.
