I've been asked to send this on. My apologies if you've already heard
about this one. Having looked at the links I can see why they'd want
participants in a forum such as ours to take an interest.

At a local level, I have tried to get TRO's advertised and the Licensing Reg
25 notices on the web, to no avail.
I am sure the reason for not increasing transpancy and openeness is to reduce
officer work load.
