Hi all,
Have just received the following from Windmill Hill City Farm which I thought
might be of interest (have uploaded the documents into the files section but
can only attach one so have gone for the one about Family Learning week)
Carol
Find attached three documents regarding some activities which we are
running this following week at the Farm Computer Centre.
Get Online Day on the 12th October 2007 is our big event where we are
inviting families to come to our centre to access the internet, take
part in a Family Web Challenge with a posibility of winning a computer,
and have a go at digital photography & image editing. Here is a link to
the Ukonline website for more information -
http://www.ukonlinecentres.com/getonlineday/
We are also celebrating the launch of our successful Make IT Yours
'Telling Stories with Images & Words' project on World Mental Health Day
2007 on Wednesday 10th October. This includes a website for the project
which will be going live on Wednesday 10th October & can be accessed via
the Windmill Hill City Farm website -
http://www.windmillhillcityfarm.org.uk/. Also a photography exhibition
will be there for all to see. Please come along.
This is a link to the MIND website giving information about World Mental
Health Day 07 - http://www.mind.org.uk/WMHD/
The activities for Family Learning Week run between Saturday 6th Ocotber
and Sunday 14th October. The activity times and details are outlined in
the attached document.
This is a link to the Campaign for Learning website -

More details about the broader activities which we run including our
Open Access times at the Computer Centre can be found on our website.
All are welcome.
